How to become an Affordable Housing Specialist:
- Complete 32 hours of classes from the Affordable Housing Specialist Curriculum. Each class earns 4 CE credits.
- All classes are held from 9:00-1:00 at the DBR offices.
- To register call: 303-300-8500 or register online
- Complete and submit an application for approval.
- Maintain your Affordable Housing Specialist certification by taking the Affordable Housing Specialist Update Course every two years to stay current with the affordable housing market and close two transactions utilizing current affordable housing programs.
