Affiliate Membership is a fantastic networking opportunity for businesses and individuals who are not engaged in the practice of real estate but who would benefit from affiliating with members of the Denver Board.
The only requirement for affiliate membership is that the member must not have an active real estate license.
Affiliate Membership benefits include:
- Networking opportunities with, and access to, 3,700 Denver Board of REALTORS® members.
- Discounted rates on advertisements in newsletters and publications.
- The ability to display brochures and materials in the Affiliate Spotlight area at the Denver Board offices.
- Networking opportunities at quarterly mixers, weekly marketing sessions, and special events.

Primary Affiliate Membership is $125.00 per year and is for sole proprietors and/or the first person to join from any multi-person company. Additional individuals from any one company are entitled to a discounted Secondary Affiliate Membership at the rate of $70.00 per year. An application fee of $75.00 is charged for all new applications.
