DBR has reached an
agreement with the Denver Bar Association's Volunteer Court Mediation
Program to provide inexpensive and professional mediation services to
buyers and sellers of real estate. All fees for this program are paid by
the buyer and seller. The cost is $125 per party, payable in advance, for
a two-hour mediation session.

Program?

A: Be prepared to provide names, addresses and phone numbers for the parties who have chosen to participate in mediation. The mediator will promptly contact all the parties and arrange for a
convenient time for the mediation to take place. Parties will meet with an experienced program
mediator at the offices of the Denver Board of REALTORS®, or an alternative location, for a twohour
mediation. The cost is $125 per party, payable in advance to the Denver Bar Association.
The fee covers all preparation and intake time and is non refundable. If the mediation takes more
than two hours, the parties and mediator will agree upon an applicable rate for any additional
time.
